The UMBC IEEE Student Branch has a new advisor. Earlier this semester, our old advisor, Dr. Bourner resigned from UMBC, and we were forced to find a new faculty advisor to fill his shoes. As of Dec. 1, 2007, Dr. Charles Nicholas has agreed to fill the role of faculty advisor until we can find a newprofessor to take on this position on a full time basis. If you are a UMBC CSEE professor, and would be willing to fill the role of faculty advisor for the IEEE Student Branch, please email or contact Dr. Nicholas to let him know. |
